About Me
Oliver Muldoon is a REMAX Executive Club winner for 2007 and 2008 and was the Top Producer for seven consecutive years in the Falmouth office of his previous company, Jack Conway and Co. A former weather forecaster, school-teacher and cocktail pianist, Oliver loves the Real Estate business... he says it's the easiest job he's ever had and the one at which he works the hardest.
A native of Galway, Ireland, Oliver taught school there before moving to the U.S. in 1971. He joined the U.S. Air Force later that year. A 1979 Distinguished Graduate of Officer Training School, he was a meteorologist at Pease Air Force Base (Portsmouth NH, 1972-76) and Hanscom Field (Bedford MA, 1986-89). Along with other assignments in Alaska, California, South Carolina, Missouri and Illinois, he was Chief of Weather during 1989-92 at England Air Force Base, Alexandria, Louisiana. He moved to Falmouth after ending his military career with the rank of major in 1993. He holds the Air Force's Master Meteorologist Rating.
Oliver has a BA in History (1970) from University College, Galway and a MSc in Meteorology (1986) from the Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, California. In addition, he has done extensive coursework in computer science, accounting, statistics, law and economics. An active member of his undergraduate college debating society, Muldoon received the Communicator Award at various military schools, and has had several published pieces.
While in Ireland, Oliver worked his way through college by playing piano in the holiday resort of Salthill. He continues his musical interests locally by singing with various local choral groups [www.ScholaFalmouth.com] and by playing piano occasionally at local establishments. He and his wife Susan [Ann Arbor MI] are the parents of six children.
